Beth Wilson

Beth was referred by a family member that previously worked with her and also highly recommended her. She is exceptionally professional and very willing to help out her clients. We relocated into the Roanoke area and with multiple trips to the area, she worked through the MLS listings with us and made all the arrangements to view them when we arrived in town.

We were VERY impressed with Beth's abilities. She is not a flashy person but rather performs her duties as an agent quietly and thoroughly . . . in a word: PROFESSIONALLY. We were quite pleased with the time period within which our house was sold. Even though she didn't personally sell our house, her marketing setup materially contributed to the sale. As first time home owners, we were stressed at the thought of selling our first "home" and relocating, but Beth was there each step of the way to guide us. She was professional, kind, and patient as she walked us through each phase. True God sent!

"Before my actual review, I'd just like to say that I talked with several other agents first, no names needed, but I was written off for my age and budget several times. These two never said no to me or left me on read. Their exact works were "If it takes a year or two, so be it, but we'll get it done". If you can't choose them based off that, you're going to be left wanting. I'd just like to say that both Becky and Beth were two of the nicest, most intelligent, and humble agents I've worked with. They made time for me regardless of the inconvenience, or late notice (I bought my current house on the way back to the office to write an offer for a different house we just looked at). Their references made everything easy and I never once felt like buying a home for the first time was difficult or complicated. They laid everything on the table and made it easy. I looked at close to 20 houses at least and not once did I get rushed. Not once did I get pressured. In fact the time I spent with these two with my family was enjoyable, hilarious, and the highlight of our weekend. They make you feel like family; Every holiday I get a card from them and I relive those moment's over and over."

We found Beth to be very understanding, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. She always was ready to show us a house that we found that we wanted to see. She even sent us a portal of all the houses currently up for sale so we could search for a house ourselves. In the end however she spend much time looking for a house for us and finding one. She called us later in the evening and told us to look up the house, We did and she said do you want to see it tomorrow. We did and we purchased it. We are quite happy with the new house. We would highly recommend Beth if you plan on selling or buying a house for yourself. If we should ever decide to move again we certainly will call Beth and if we run across anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. They surely will get Beth's phone number... Several years ago she did sell my sons house in Roanoke, he now lives in Lynchburg.

Beth, thank you for helping us get into our first house! While the process was quite trying (only due to the sellers), we made it through. Thank you for advocating on our behalf on more than one occassion. Your knowledge and experience proved to be very valuable throughout the process. We appreciate all that you did for us.
